šŸ“” UPDTATE: Jeremy Pruitt fired assistant coach Jimmy Brumbaugh DURING loss to Kentucky

This smells of Fulmer. My sense is that if so Pruitt will not hang around long but maybe Pruitt isn't who I thought he was. I guess a few Million can do that to you. A story to keep an eye on.

Betting you don't really know Pruitt. Fulmer may like his style. I suspect so.

Only what I heard when he was a coach in T-town. Impression was a no-nonsense guy with a high opinion of himself. But you are correct I do not really know him. I did grow up close to where his Dad coached high school football but that was well before his days there.

SOURCE: Jeremy Pruitt fired assistant coach Jimmy Brumbaugh DURING loss to Kentucky

The ā€˜Cats big win in Knoxville on Saturday was unprecedented not just on the field but in other ways as well.

A source close to the UT program tells KSR that Tennessee head coach Jeremy Pruitt fired assistant coach Jimmy Brumbaugh during the game on Saturday. Pruitt let Brumbaugh go while the game was still being played, confirming it after it was over.

The official announcement of the firing didn’t come until the day after on Sunday when Pruitt said that ā€œfrom a philosophical standpoint, things are just not a fit, and it just didn’t work out for us,ā€. Pruitt had been critical of the UT defensive line even before the beatdown they suffered at the hands of Mark Stoops and company which led to the dismissal of Brumbaugh, who was also the defensive line coach at Kentucky from 2013-16, not even eight months after he was hired back in February. Considering most of Tennessee’s issues seemingly stemmed from the offensive side on Saturday, the decision to fire Brumbaugh during the game is an unusual one.

I ordered a set of wind deflectors for my 'sisters' Jeep last week. Amazon delivered them Thursday and they were exactly what I wanted to get her (early Christmas, new Jeep, etc.) Friday, Amazon delivered a second set that was a different brand name than I ordered.

Now what am I supposed to do? Buy a Jeep?

I don't know how many of their vehicles you see around town but good lord...if I see one per day, I see a 100. It's almost as if they're in fleets; 15-20 at a time leaving the Weapons Station area. I know a girl that's one of their managers. Good bartender as long as she had a cash register to tell her the amount of change...otherwise, pay as you go.

I think they start at $16 per here now.

you have a friend that has a jeep....
And think...Christmas isnt but 2months away....lol27F9C57B-9D4D-4CF4-BD79-8BB973BD8059.jpeg

Which is worse: Fired in the game, or left on the tarmac at the airport?

I started to mention that but Amazon, for some reason, insisted I open the door so they could give me something.

And yes, that thought crossed my mind. I know Pruitt, as well as Kirbs and Fisher, tried to get 'approval' to hire Bo but Sankey squashed the move on all three.

It would be a great hire by Jeremy if he could get Bo in Knoxville.

So will LSU be hiring Bo Davis? Rumor on the interwebz is a deal is in place.
