Alcoholic or not, he can get shit faced all he wants. That has nothing to do with getting behind the wheel, especially in this day and age. No reason for anyone much less someone in his position (financially) to ever do that. My 22 year old gets an Uber when he’s had anything to drink, and he pays for it. So being an alcoholic has nothing to do with being a dumbass.

Agree! Why didnt he have a driver to begin with? Pittsburgh is less than an hour from Morgantown, W.V. No reason he could not have called someone.
