Players who have signed as UDFA
Nick Perry - Ravens
Brandon Ivory - Texans
Brian Vogler - Bears
Christian Jones - Dolphins
DeAndrew White - SF 49ers
Trey Depriest - Ravens

The biggest differences between being drafted late and UDFA ... is the signing bonus .. most 7th round picks will get a $35,000 to $40,000 signing bonus ...the UDFA will be in the 5K neighborhood. The advantage an UDFA has is he can choose which team he thinks fits his skills the best if multiple teams contact him. Both players get the same chance to make the team and when they make the team they will sign the same NFL minimum contract which is good money. Tony Romo was an UDFA.

Player who will be going to a team for a tryout ... if it works out they will then sign as an UDFA

Blake Sims - Packers

Former Bama Player Phillip Sims - Cardinals

Most teams will have a team mini camp this week for all of the drafted, UDFA and Tryout players. Obvious all of the drafted players will continue on and almost all of the UFFA's will continue on ... teams will evaluate the tryout players and offer to sign some to an UDFA contract .. teams are limited to 90 players under contract at this time.

jmo of the ones signed White probably has the best chance to stick ... the 49'ers have lost some WR's and Boldin is getting old. Vogler also has a good chance if they trade their TE.
