In his interview with ESPN, he was asked what Alabama fans should expect. He said he wanted to "spread God's word" and the main reason he picked Alabama was it was more of a strong faith based community.
Not many guys will come out and say that now a days. Religious aspect aside, this kid has some special qualities. Physically he is supremely gifted.
He will be on campus today through Wednesday for the football camp.

With our QB development there's no telling... The last 2 QB's - 1 started his career at Running back and the other spent 3 years at FSU without playing a meaningful snap, beats out the other 4 QB's on scholarship at UA. Who knows
Easy to play what if, especially at QB. But suppose Philip Ely of Toledo had stuck around for the last two seasons? Watching the Arkansas game and just catching highlights through the season he didn't look like a shrinking violet to me. I was always rooting for Alec Morris and will be interested to see his development on display at North Texas.
