As the most "non-calls" in either sport?
The thing is ... I get it when it's not called in football especially when it has no bearing on the play. I DON'T get it when it's not called in basketball.
Heck, I'm not simply referring to a guy switching his pivot foot (though I know I saw that at least four times yesterday.) I'm talking blatant situations where they are taking a few steps, then setting up.
