Here's the schedule for the CFP top 25 announcements. All times ET and announcements will be made on ESPN.

  • 8-8:45 p.m. | ET Tuesday, Nov. 4
  • 7-8 p.m. ET | Tuesday, Nov. 11
  • 8:30-9 p.m. ET | Tuesday, Nov. 18
  • 7-8 p.m. ET | Tuesday, Nov. 25
  • 7-7:30 p.m. ET | Tuesday, Dec. 2
  • 12-3 p.m. ET | Sunday, Dec. 7 (Selection Day)
 
So if this go like this ranking? Ohio St and Indiana will play for the B1G, and Texas A&M and Bama will play for the SEC?

Unless tOS has a rash of injuries or something, Michigan is no threat to them. But, anything can happen.
 
Not to tamper the discussion here, but there's really no point in putting any stock into the poll until the last week of the season and then gong into the conference title games. Until then, it's about as meaningless as it could be, other than ESPN trying to manufacture some drama for their Tuesday night ratings every week.

Very true. but it sheds light on what the committee considers important. And this will impact the final rankings.
