TN is playing very well but their "luck" seemed to be off the charts that half. Hopefully they come back down to earth a bit and Bama can get a few more shots to fall. As usual, they are getting pretty good looks.

No excuse for allowing the Viles to score 40 points in a half. Some of those shots were contested and a couple of the 3's that went in were bricks but counts the same. The D is going to have to elevate to an even higher level until the offense comes around or they are about to go home. Would help if we go stronger around the rim. Quit being timid and make them foul you.

That was a gritty win. As I stated earlier it would take them elevating the D until they hit some shots and that is what happened. This team is an elite D and can be an elite offense but it is inconsistent. This game with the Viles took a lot of effort from Bama. Hope this Arky/LSU game takes a lot out of those teams as well to level the playing field tomorrow.

Always good to beat the hideous Viles!!!!

The luck meter was recalibrated at half, Bama got some calls, and the Vols cooled off a bit. Even so, without solid leadership, Bama doesn't win that game. The culture has completely flipped in the last 2 years under Oats...

Now that was a win to be proud of. Fought back from down, played great defense, found ways to score points, hit some big shots, and won the game. First half was the team I felt was gonna show up, but luckily they came out after half and brought the team with grit from yesterday. One more to go. Roll Tide.
