Sounds like Quick is iffy at best for tomorrow because of short rest, which makes sense... I keep thinking today is Wednesday for some reason. Not sure what the plan is, but hopefully it gives the team a chance. Still feels like Bama is in must win mode if they want to host a regional based on how some other teams finished the regular season (compared to them).

The problem is, they are in a no win situation with having to play Mizzou. Win the game, get zero RPI bump (may actually lose a few points again).

Listened to JJ on the broadcast and he said Quick was a definite no and that they would look to piece it together. Says that Heighburger, Meyers and Ozmer should be available. I long for the Jim Wells days of when he would trot someone out there with maybe 4-5 innings all season and he pitch 7 scoreless.
