| RECRUIT Transfer Portal tracker (Winter Window: Dec 9th through the 28th.)

Expected to see Odom enter. Not sure what his deal was. At Vandy, he got a lot of snaps, but I don’t remember even one target. Either we wasted his talent or he was one of the rare 5 star busts. Ended as our 12th best receiver with 7 for 65 yards. Has the size to be a stud. Will be interesting to see how he does going forward. Even Billingsly had better production.

I saw atleast three times in Norman he was WIDE open (one in the endzone while we were still in the game), and Milroe threw the ball away. I have zero doubt Odom was frustrated in that regard, because if I was, he was.

Not unexpected but definitely hurts. Felt like we could've done a better job with him from a coaching standpoint. He will likely kill it elsewhere and we will look bad for this too but I know he's been unhappy for quite a while.
I'm going to go out on the limb and say this in the nice way: How can we do a better job of coaching him up if he wasn't receptive to the coaching part? Immaturity played a role in this.

This reminds me a little of Bond situation... Not about NIL but the way he handled things during the season.

Distributing the ball was not exactly a strength of Milroe, so I understand the frustration of a guy not getting the ball when he is open. With his size, Odom is a matchup issue and was never utilized. Much like Haynes at running back. When I break a lot of this down I can understand more the frustration of certain players.

Miller would be the only back to stay if I guessed. Williams and Bernard are the only receivers. Everyone else was wasted and not utilized from an offensive skill perspective.

Yea, I understand WHY on that end. I just felt like 334 just said, we could've distributed him the ball some more and found ways to get him involved but Milroe struggled with that all year and I felt the coaching staff didn't help the matter by using him more for diversionary tactics.

I don't mind it though, it happens, move on. Sadly we need some taller WRs though, we got mostly shorties in there.

We will be fine. We'll have a new QB, More Offense installed and better players for next year.

So, I wonder if you guys remember Jalen Hurts and how the OC cut the field in the half for Jalen hurts?

I'll say this blame should not be 100 percent on Milroe. We should look at the coaching staff as well.

I'm more 75% Milroe/25% Coaching. Coaching did him very few favors, BUT he showed how limited he was and how he fell right back into the same issues as last year. Sure, receivers dropped some passes and scheme seemed terrible at times, but we all beat that dead horse about Milroe for a while now and I won't go back there outside of what I said here.

Maybe we'll learn more about the coordinators next year. Me thinks they'll both get another year.
