🏈 Tony Romo's Speech

Don't cheapen it. That was class. Never been a huge Romo fan and truly wished he would have retired last year just because I don't want to see someone leave the game as a cripple but I have to give him props.

As a guy that coaches younger kids, I try to instill a team first attitude which helps with kids upset about playing time and with better athletes being more positive and respectful with kids that aren't playing as much. To me this attribute starts then and becomes very apparent in high school and college but often time gets lost within the selfishness of great players in the NFL, part of the reason I don't watch it much. I love to see guys who are really team first in their approach. It would be easy to pitch a fit in his situation but he seems real with the fact that Dak deserves this opportunity and he is not taking questions, or talking about it anymore so that it isn't a distraction to the teams success.

Haven't been a Romo fan but, I am a fan of class and Romo obviously has it.

I've watched ever Cowboys game this season. Dak is just plain good. Better than I could ever have imagined, even when he had the bulldawgs #1 in the country. I've always been a Romo fan, even though I knew they have a crappy coach and owner. But he is a throw first, second and third kind of QB. The offense will change from the power run approach and soon enough the defense will be exhausted from being on the field way too much. I'm glad that Romo can see that this is just a better team with Prescott at the wheel.
