he did hit someone from Aubarn yesterday. Unfortunately it was after the game and not an offensive player.


Have to say, won't miss this guy too much next season

Tony had anger management issues from the time he landed in TitleTown....Tony Turn That Music Down.........he did look the part but it pretty much ended there. You have to assume that his backup was much worse and that is hard to fathom. Tony has ZERO football savvy.....

He has been a big disappointment to me. I read where CNS said he’s one of the most talented players on the team (loosely paraphrased by me) but it never showed on the field. I’ll bet I can tackle better than him and I’m 3 times his age. Of course I couldn’t run them down so I guess I shouldn’t say anything about his tackling or lack thereof.

THAT would be the problem - who IS his backup and why does Saban play Brown over him? Not good if Brown is ahead of said player, as we look to next year - maybe just too young? Saban was asked recently about Brown and said that he is an excellent player for us "WHEN he has his head on straight [I paraphrase]. I have to wonder what happens last year if Brown DID 'chuck' Renfrow on that last play, being physical, knocking him off his route BEFORE the pick.... do we somehow win instead?

I wish him luck in track.

I heard and read that a lot of those fan got into the Bama players faces. I remember him running down a player in a game I think it was three years ago. Then he got suspended for the playoff games. He has some up and down while he been here

A lot of track guys don't make the transition to football. With Tony it was always hard to get a good feel, he stayed in the doghouse so much. But he stuck it out and there were some better players we are not talking about overtime at Alabama because they didn't hang in there. I hope with the maturity of survival and perseverance alone he's a better person.

Not gonna bash him for this as I would most likely had done worse. Not going to go as far as saying ban rushing the field, because this is what makes college athletics great, but don't get in a tissy when 30,000 fans get in the face of 70 opposing players and a punch is thrown. Rivalries baby.

As for Tony, he has definitely regressed. I felt he had a decent year last year, especially with the run. This year has been a mess with him and Hootie, no sugar coating that.

Not to mention, the barn fans have rushed the field the last three times they have beaten us at JHS. 2007, 2013, and 2017. I don't understand why they feel compelled to do this. It's not like they have NEVER won an Iron Bowl before. SMH.....

I've said all along that one day someone is going to get hurt and the SEC, finding itself named in the law suit, will fork over millions.

With respect , I don't believe you understand Inferiority Complex U at Lee County....They are in Hog Heaven for the next 360 days......Even more TigerTails will hang out the back of Dodge Minivans and children named Guz or Stidham. I am old but beating the Barn means you don't have to listen to them for a year but to them beating Bama is everything to them.

This is a lot about nothing. Fans who rush the field get awfully mouthy. Brown's actions weren't great, but weren't awful.
