🧑‍🤝‍🧑 / 🏡 "To my concrete friends, does that look good to you?"

...caught my eye at the end of the video. I've used...maybe a 14" hand but nothing larger. I need to pull it up on the laptop
I've used large bull floats but never the buffer type with blades. I learned at a young age I didn't want to do concrete for a living, same with pulp wooding, throwing hay, etc. My dad did a good job teaching me about hard labor and I've been avoiding it ever since.

Roofing? Putting up chain link fence?

My uncle used to say , " Hard work doesn't bother me, I can sit down beside it and go to sleep."

Never did roofing other than putting tin up on sheds. I've done some fencing, chain link, barb wire, and woven wire. I'd take either of those over concrete and pulp wood. My saying when someone asked me what was going on at work was Hard work and worry. There was hard work going on somewhere and I was worried I was going to have to get involved.
Truth be told I like hard labor but only when I want to do it, don't want to have to do it. Splitting wood with a maul was good stress relief.
