I played full court basketball twice a week until age 53 in a league with much younger men. Now, I walk as much as possible. 4-5 years ago I started walking and built up to 4 miles every day except weekends. I also drank NOTHING but water and DID NOT eat anything after 6pm. Ended up losing 78 pounds. Ole man arthritis has me a lot of days and its very difficult to walk.
