I used to "hike" hunting golf balls, but I'm to the point now, if it goes in the woods that's where it will stay, shouldn't have hit it in there in the 1st place. Now if I know it's right at the edge and playable I'm good to go.
I played full court basketball twice a week until age 53 in a league with much younger men. Now, I walk as much as possible. 4-5 years ago I started walking and built up to 4 miles every day except weekends. I also drank NOTHING but water and DID NOT eat anything after 6pm. Ended up losing 78 pounds. Ole man arthritis has me a lot of days and its very difficult to walk.
I'm planning to snorkel a good bit on a trip in April. I haven't done a meaningful amount of it in a few decades, planning to get in a little bit of snorkeling shape.
