🏈 Tide's arrest record declines as win-loss record improves

It's rare I read a Scab article. This one, really isn't anything that contains a lot of substance but there is one thing he mentions at the end of the piece I wanted to point out.

Six of the players that we'll see on the field this fall (as of right now at least) will be walking the aisle for their graduation next weekend. I heard Saban make the comment a week or so ago that we are going to have 18 (I'm fairly certain that's the correct number) of our players graduating or having graduated next fall. Roughly, that's about 75% of our senior classmen.

It's important to note these guys take a limited class schedule during the fall semester which impresses even more considering the extra work loads they take over the spring and summer sessions.

I know Saban mentions the academic progress of our football team a lot, perhaps too much. But, you can't ignore the results.

thats interesting info Terry, really cool to see that kids are graduating early.

so anyone know the latest on a certain ex players status? I haven't seen anything about it and was curious if anything ever happened to him aside from moving back to Mississippi.

The only thing happening will be an endless series of court appearances ultimately ending in his confinement for a 6-7 year period. The doing it on public school property will make it hard to beat, even for a first time offender.

Needless to say, he will not be our ultimate solution at linebacker as we all were very certain he would be.
