TUSCALOOSA – On paper it’s a mismatch, a $1 million blowout of a game that many people say shouldn’t be played.
But Florida Atlantic gets an opportunity to take more than a big check back to Boca Raton, Fla. A win over top-ranked Alabama this afternoon would be a day that would live in infamy.
The Owls (1-2, 0-1 Sun Belt) took a 56-20 beating from Georgia last week. Not much different is expected today against the Crimson Tide (3-0, 1-0 SEC).
