I think he stays. That's the good thing about being a DB. Not much chance for serious injury. If he has another year like he did in '09, he'll be first round or early 2nd for sure.
He's one of those guys where his best bet would be come back for you're senior season. Improve, another year stronger, another year in Nick Saban's complicated defense (making you a better player and a smarter on the field player) and enhance your chances of possibly even moving into the 1st Round next year with a great season again next year. IMO the best Corners are the ones you rarely hear about because that either means a) they're shutting that receiver down and the QB cant throw that way or b) you're so good that the QB isn't even attempting to throw to ur side. I really hope he stays for ourd defense or for his own good.
If you have a shot a getting drafted on the first day, this would be the year to go. With the potential of no salary cap and 2010 and a possible lockout in 2011, it might be worth the gamble.
He's a very solid DB, but I think he's still a year away from reaching his peak. I'd really like him to stay.
