Yep, we got away with a hold on that play, I noticed it live. They also got away with holds on two of their scoring plays. Losers whine, winners take he out of that word.

2 things....

1st - they act like BAMA is the ONLY team that holds...like everyone else plays perfectly and we hold on every...single...play

2nd - they all talk about our strength of schedule. how the hell is it BAMA's fault that out opponents can't keep up with us? 6 of the teams we play each year are the same. if they suck or can't keep up with our scoring, that's NOT our fault. 2 others are from our conference, but the other division. again, NOT our fault if they suck or can't keep up. the other 4 games are scheduled a couple/few years in advance. at the time they're scheduled, those teams MAY be good. and by the time we play them, they MIGHT not be good. again...NOT our fault so i'll never understand people saying we don't schedule tough games. is it our fault louisville sucks this year? or fsu last year? or usc the year before? or winsonsin? or virginia tech? or michigan? or clemson?

or how about when we blanked michigan state in 2015; beat washington handily the year after that: or what we did to clemson just last year? and those were all playoff caliber teams.

so them saying we get a cupcake schedule and that's how we get into the playoffs each year is laughable. if we didn't deserve to be in the playoffs due to our strength of schedule, then how do we beat OTHER playoff-worthy teams like that?

Looks like our HC is still surprised by Tua's fun side. This is a very affable kid. Perhaps as the season continues and expectations with it, it will help to keep the weight of the world off his shoulders.
