That is why I loved playing football in HS so much. It was not just the fun of going out and hitting someone else. It was fighting, winning and losing with your "brothers". It was something I still miss today. With that bond you can move mountains, so to speak. It shows they are playing with a single mind and I love it.

I am not much of a writer. Always been the artist, but I came and stayed on this site because of the writers and brotherhood atmosphere. Bravo Altie for a great post.

If only the world could function in this manner.

I am in awe most of the time when I read some of the insightful and in depth articles that are placed on the board by members.

This board is like the secret fishing hole that you wish everyone could know about, but you know if they did it would be ruined.

LOL at the Soulja Boy comment, BamaDelta. That perfectly illustrates the difference in attitude between the two teams.

1st, great post Altie. Now, to touch on the post above just a bit, I offer a quote from Brandon Deaderick following the Clemson game. This is regarding the kickoff return for a touchdown directly after halftime. "Spiller's kickoff return didn't faze us in the least. We are a closer team than last year. We trust each other."

If this trust wasn't evident after the kickoff return from Clemson, just look at what our team did after UGA scored 17 straight points last Saturday night. They went right back to business in front of the UGA crowd that was completely hyped again and broke UGA's back with a FG, and three and out, and a touchdown.

You can't ask for a better situation with team chemistry.
