Beginning this fall we'll have yet another poll ranking college football teams: FWAA-NFF Grantland Rice Super 16 poll.
The partnership between the National Football Writers Association and the National Football Foundation was announced this morning.
There will be a total of 36 voters who rank college football teams on a weekly basis.
Just like the USA Today Coaches poll and the AP Poll, the Rice poll will be released each Sunday during the season, and the Sunday after the championship weekend for conferences.
Using a popular catch phrase, FWAA President Steve Richardson claims, "It's a group without an agenda."
