Can’t be targeting, face mask hit him in the chest. The helmet “sliding” doesn’t matter, if it did then there 20-25 targeting calls missed in every game. He didn’t launch, didn’t use crown of the helmet, no “forcable” contact to head or neck (by definition). So no it couldn’t be called….

...well...it could have been...it was at full speed...would it have stood...probably not...it was close...
But thats why they wear helmets also...

Was it a foul...no! Wasnt called. Was reviewed....wherever the gods review it...and wasnt called..... so...NO foul...period

I could only assume it was because he drove him into the ground. Not sure how else you're supposed to make a sure tackle, but I can only come up with that.
