The University of Alabama gymnastics team held steady in the national rankings following Friday night's win over Auburn, ranking No. 6 for the third consecutive week with a season average score of 196.675. Oklahoma remains No. 1, while LSU rose to the No. 2 spot after scoring a 198.075 on Friday night. Utah, Florida and Michigan round out the top 5, while Nebraska, Georgia, Auburn and Oregon State complete the top 10.

Alabama remains the second-ranked team on floor exercise, averaging 49.36 with a season high of 49.45, recorded against Arkansas on Jan. 16 and matched against Auburn last Friday. At No. 8 individually, freshman Mackenzie Brannan leads Alabama with a 9.9 average and a 9.925 season high.

On vault, the Crimson Tide dropped two spots to No. 5 after posting its lowest score of the season, a 49.2, against Auburn. Alabama's average score is 49.37 with a season high of 49.5. Senior Kaitlyn Clark is Alabama's leading vaulter, averaging 9.09 with a season high of 9.975, good for No. 13 in the country by average.

Alabama continued its improvement on balance beam, rising one spot to No. 7 after equaling its season high of 49.325 on Friday night. Alabama now averages a 49.03 on balance beam, but has not scored below a 49.3 since Jan. 23. Sophomore Aja Sims is ranked seventh with an average of 9.87 on the apparatus.

On uneven bars, Alabama rose five spots to No. 12, now averaging a score of 49.005 after scoring a season-high 49.35 on Friday night.
