There are three things in this world that I know a lot about, gangs, hockey, and ranching. They could be gang tattoos, I didn’t say they weren’t, but they’re most definitely without a shadow of a doubt ms-13 tattoos.

If a case is brought to a DISTRICT COURT they have to weigh in on it, then whatever the decision is appealed to FEDERAL COURT including SCOTUS, that’s how it works.

Not sure where you get your information. This liberal publication does its best to put him in a favorable light, but they confirm he is not an American citizen. He came to the country illegally, and he's had a number of brushes with the law.
