Note that it is being reported as a second degree felony. I looked up the particular law in Texas and it has one thing charged as a second degree felony, "engages in sexual contact with the child or causes the child to engage in sexual contact". Child is defined as 17 and under and it does not matter if you knew the age of the person at the time. Folks are trying to spin it as if it was something like he mooned someone and a kid was around but this requires sexual contact. His lawyer is saying that they have almost no info but he is 100% innocent and the charges are two years old and being made by someone "motivated by money or some other ulterior motive". Like police have a habit of pursuing 2 year old false charges without some proof.

I realize that hormones can rage at times, but you can't fix stupid. All these adults basically throwing away their lives and having serious prison time, huge fines, being labeled a sex offender and losing families and careers for a bit of action or downloading action of people less than 18 is just stupid stupid stupid.
