Good- the game plan to get Coker in a flow. This leaves Henry fresh for the FINAL!!

Better- Damn Ridley is going to be a ball player one day! :sarcasm: The kid is a baller!!!

Bad- penalties were a problem in the early going. Clean those up and we will bring home #16!!

Hearing Tebow say similar things falls under the bad category. It's likely just me, but it's so contrived.

The Good? Hearing Mack Brown pull the ol' "Colt got hurt."

I was at that game and when he got hurt, I sighed to myself. I felt bad for the kid, he seemed like a genuinely nice guy but mostly I knew that was going to be an excuse we would hear for years to come. I joined Shaggy soon after that game, not to go gloat but because there was some genuinely funny stuff going on over there. I have slowly but surely converted many of them away from that foolish excuse.

Slightly unrelated to this thread ... but, in my opinion, it's a good thing.

A guy who works for us at the bar is a huge Florida fan. Not as big of a Gator fan as he is a Cowboys fan, but it's close.

I've heard, more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, how Bama didn't prove anything against UF in the SECCG. That's been followed by "let's see what Bama does with Michigan State."

So, now I'm thinking ...

Bama has won more games on the Cowboy's home field than Dallas: does that prove anything? (No. Not a damn thing. But, I'm GOING to bring it up until he's out of fingers and toes to count with ...)
