Falcons went to 1 Super Bowl since 2002. Only 2 black coaches have won Super Bowls. If we want to stretch, we could say there’s 2 coaches out there who have proven they’d have done better. Albeit one had Peyton Manning. That leaves Tomlin

This is a good hire for Tomlin. New DC and LB coach is an upgrade for the Steelers. Hopefully, the Rooneys can hire a GM who can actually draft his way out of a paper bag.
