That pretty much sums most of it up.
Buffalo is taking their time with the new hire. They aren't locked into promoting from within so how much that'll come into play is an unknown. They interviewed an assistant from UAB these past few days. I've heard it suggested we could see one of his assistants from Buffalo move to an administrative role for next season (likely still means a pay raise, ya know?) I've seen...geez, five names associated with the UB job? At least.
A name I've seen bantered about by a few is Charlie Henry joining Oats. His name has been gaining traction/legs for a few days now.
