šŸ“” The Big 12 votes to accept Colorado as their newest member. (UC Regents meeting Thursday.)

Waiting any day for the implosion. :)
I don't believe we'll see any of the conferences implode. I do believe if we see Oregon and Washington leave we'll look at the PAC as another G5 type conference: a decent team, or two.

It's my understanding the Big 12 has a clause in their contract with ESPN giving them the rights to renegotiate the money if they add teams. Both of those schools would be worth a lot, I'd think. But we're not hearing anything about the Big 12 looking at these schools, or vice-versa.

Wasn't there a report stating that Arizona could be headed to the Big 12? If that's true, it'll be another big program for them to replace. Let's say all these teams leave the conference, would Utah want to get out of dodge and go to another conference?

Here's something on it.

All the Pac 12 has to do is start sucking up the high hanging fruit of the mountain west and some of the Cali teams.. Colorado stunk up the place anyway.. as they will the big 12

I don't care too much about what Colorado does, they don't really register high enough on my football power meter for that to happen. But I do hate that the Pac-12 is falling apart, I hate that USC and UCLA are headed to the Big 10. It is a shame that the conference has been plagued with terrible leadership for years... they screwed themselves with their network deal, limiting their audience and their money. Now, they've lost the LA market and the Denver market... and who knows who jumps next... Utah maybe? We pretty much know where things are ultimately headed as far as super conferences, but it is still sad to see a lot of this take place.
