How do you guys think we will look in the Spring? I know they are replacing Smith, Caldwell, Davis and both tight ends. Who do you guys think will fill the voids?

I think if these voids are filled by fall and they gel, this team has more potential than last year's team. That, of course, is a huge "if", but its foreseeable IMO.

One of those "stories to keep your eyes on" is how Warmack is doing.

The story out of T-town is he's really been hitting the weight room and conditioning drills hard...reports have him dropping weight and he's now in that 305-310 range which would mean he's dropped around 20 lbs since he's been on campus.

These next 5-6 months are going to be interesting.

The Oline will look rather weak going against our front 7 but it will come around during the summer and into fall camp.

In a manner of speaking, I hope so.

Last year, during spring and fall drills, I had a conversation with an Auburn acquaintance and told him then that I thought the staff down there holding the defense at bay during drills would end up hurting the offense all year and in the long run hurt the defense as well.

In our case, I hope they "let the dogs loose" on our guys this spring. Just as an example, I can think of no better proving ground as to who takes the center position than having to play against Cody and Chapman.

On the same vein, I hope we can get some real quality to play from our DE's to break in our new LT as well.

So when is DJ enrolling spring or fall?
I kinda figured we'd just plug him in where smitty was and keep on rolling.

At the earliest, the first summer session which would be in June.

Personally, I'm not convinced DJ gets the starting nod...but, I'm holding off on thinking about the fall line-up until after spring.

Lets hope we have enough players that if one or two gets hurt we don't get stomp by a UTE again.

A line that can protect the QB and a QB that can throw the deep ball, beside to #8. That would be nice to see.
