🏈 Terry Grant transferring?

well good luck to him... His talent would've been wasted at Alabama anyways. There was no way he was gonna get significant playing time anymore before he graduates, IMO anyways

My thanks to Terry for blessing Bama with his talent. I do wish the very best for him.

If this comes to be, that frees up a scholarship for this signing class, does it not?

Yes.

When it is confirmed that Andre is leaving and Grant has transferred, that will equal 11 available scholarships for this class. We are looking to sign a full class.

Well, I'm sad to see him go. I know he was limited with what he could do in a Saban type running game, but he was still so talented. Oh well though, if it is to UNA then I won't mind. Go Lions!

I had been thinking this would be a possibility or that he would be moved to a slot receiver since his touches were going to be extremely limited. Good luck to him if it is indeed true.

 man that sucks. terry has always been my favoright back. :?

I'll hold my tounge. This is one thing i didn't agree with Coach about was Terry.

I agree, he's been one of my favorite players. He should be a BEAST in D2 football.

You know, of the D1 players who have transferred to 1-AA, D2 or lower teams, I wonder how many of them end up dominating? Rhett Bomar (from Oklahoma to Sam Houston State) did, but his was a fall from grace, not in the depth chart. He could be the second senior QB taken in the draft, and he'll be in the Senior Bowl.

Personally, I think it speaks volumes that he is transferring to TUNA instead of a D1AA school. He would be eligible right away at either one, and would get more recognition at 1AA.
