i think tebow being sick could deffinately put him in a position to get hurt.. his reflexes are slower, his vision could even be slightly blurred.. there are many side effects that could potentially make him less alert.. not to mention any medication he could be taking.. the football field is no place for those who cannot react swiftly in order to keep themselves from being caught in a bad situation..
It made me cringe a little. While I liked to see him get his bell rung(because I love seeing big hits), I knew it was serious once the back of his head hit the knee.
I think it's a severe concusion if he was actually vomiting.
Yeah, this is definitely (IMHO) a case where Urban Legend (in his own mind) let his ego get in the way of common sense. Saban had Greg sitting before halftime in the N.Tex game, Tebow should have been sitting at the start of the 2nd qtr. Not only was it stupid to leave him in, even if he was healthy, but he was sick to begin with. He let his desire for more #1 votes almost get a great kid like Tebow life-threateningly get hurt.
I pray Tebow is ok, but I hope Urban gets it handed to him by everyone in the state of Flordia and the Gaytor Nation.
Urban keeps Tebow in so long in blowouts so he can help his little boy up his QB ratings. This is a lesson learned for Uraban AND Tebow. He ain't superman. He is human. And luck runs out. They played with fire and finally got burned. Hopefully, this will be a humbling experience for all the gator nation.
Everybody loves a clean hit, but I hate to see any kid get hurt in a ball game. Why anyone would find it enjoyable is beyond me. But I'm sure there are many douche bag rival fans that got a kick out of Hightower getting injured.
