🏈 Taulia has a new shirt. "Roll TuA Roll." How is this not a copyright violation...or where is it sold?

Can put anything on a shirt u want for ur own use
if the school was paid for the use of their registered trademark(s), then there's no copyright violation.
It's not an official logo. Look at the top of the A.

What's different about the A?

Like others have said though, you can put anything you want on a shirt as long as you aren't trying to sell it. Even though I see print shops around here illegally selling Alabama and Auburn gear they make all the time. Troy has busted them a few times but a lot more likely Troy finds out about it than Bama or Auburn.

Top of Bama's script 'A"does not loop out on both sides. Loops only to the left. The "A" on the shirt is NOT Bama's copyrighted script "A".

FYI to those sick of hearing it. Copyrighted as an alternate logo in 1962. FOUR years before the Braves moved to Atlanta.

I'm pretty sure that's just a crease in the shirt...

I may be blind, but I do not see what you are saying about the top loop. That looks exactly like the Script A to me. As said, if it's not being sold, then it's not infringement. But is the Alabama Script A to me, otherwise they most likely wouldn't have made the shirt.
