If you can't continually repeat what just happened (pro tip, you can't) then following a legend is a recipe for being considered a failure. Sometimes it means wandering on the wilderness for many years before you finally get someone to bring you back. Sometimes you never get back.

This lady would have been fired a few years back for my money. It was obvious she wasn't one of the elite coaches and very quickly Tennessee quickly dropped below elite status early on in her tenure. And that is what she signed up for at that place.

I know I've said it a thousand times, history doesn't matter, neither does money, reputation, the color of the uniform, or the number of trophies in the case, or even the quality of player that keeps coming in. If you don't have an elite coach you aren't going anywhere. Coaching is everything.
