The interview Oats did with Wimp was amazing to listen to. Oats doesn't have a drill that somebody doesn't win or lose. Loser's then have to do gasers for the privilege. He spends a good amount of practice time teaching his team to be competitive and he said he's trying to bring guys in that are tough-minded. I love that he recognizes what makes teams great and he sounds like he knows why guys were quitting last season. The consensus from some of our better players of yesteryear, like Jim Farmer, said Oats practices were as hard as anything he has seen. Even Wimp sounds impressed with the new guy and how often does that happen?
