I have taken off work today and tomorrow. Gotta get ready and make this like a Saturday/Sunday event like the SECCG. Take no chances . I sure hope I am able to sit up into the wee hours and watch all the post game chatter. If the good guys do not win I guess I will stare at a black screen...

I’m such a sad sack when Bama loses a big game. I typically erase the game from my DVR and refuse to listen to or watch any sport talk shows for weeks. OK, I freely admit I’m spoiled. Bama has won 13 NC’s in my lifetime … that will spoil anyone!

I am the same way. Will not even watch sports for at least a week if not longer if we lose. Yes we are spoiled. Excellence will do that to you. Losing and being ok with it I will never understand. Now a win heck I may not go to bed .

And now the long and dreary period of off season. In a bit under 8 Months Bama can start up again. I really hate losing a Bowl Game...it's a long time to get back on a winning streak.

We’ll my take is, JMO, Smart was not going to let Young beat him twice,even though we had our chances. but, with inexperienced receivers and limited running game it finally came to the top. Georgia was the better team last night. Cleaned up their mistakes they had made. and, pretty much took it to us. The team never quit! Saban is still our coach so…SEC west champs! SEC Champions! Heismen winner! And Cotton bowl champs! So pretty good season for a Team that wasn’t supposed to be there!
