"Dan Enos' contract at Arkansas had a non-compete clause with other SEC schools (like Alabama) through Feb. 15, 2018. Going to Michigan for 17 days allowed Enos to avoid the agreement in his contract regarding other SEC schools" link

So, did:
1. Bama steal Enos from UM
2. Enos knowingly screw over UM to work around contract
3. Harbaugh help Bama screw over Arky's non-compete clause

Enos is the 18th former HC that has worked for CNS.

In full disclosure, I am unsure if the non-compete clause was in effect after Enos was fired, but funny the less.

A lot of second-guessing going on about the early exit of Enos in Michiganville. The only conclusion that makes sense is that Harbaugh is not the savior he was just a few months ago with the fans. Frankly, given the Wolverine offense that has grown impotent, Enos should have been given the OC job to begin with. One thing for sure, Bama is going to have a lot of good passing minds on staff.

The Allen bros sorta gave us fits at Arky while he was coaching them.
I don't get this, SLO. I've seen a few others say the same. I remember Austin being around 50% when Bama faced him...50% completions, three and three for TD to INT...QBR was something in the low 30's as well. Brandon was less than 50% completions. I'd have to look but I'd be shocked if his QBR for that game was 15. Did Arkansas even get 225 yards of offense with Brandon? I don't think so.

I said "sorta". Lol.

Srsly tho, they played less than their season averages against us, but they also had a few "gotcha" moments as well.

I'll say this as a Jalen fan (getting the obvious out of the way): Tua looks better throwing the ball currently. But what's his ceiling? Has he just about maxed his physical abilities already?

So it appears to me that although Tua might currently be the better passer, Jalen has a higher ceiling.

If the Natty doesn't light a fire under Jalen, nothing will. I bet it will push him though. There were articles at the beginning of the season about him training with his brother in the off-season last year. Not the best results. Look for him to hire a professional QB coach to work with in the off-season this year.

Spring and definitely next fall will be fun to watch the QB situation unfold, for sure.

I've said all along that Jalen can throw the ball, but Tua is a better passer. Both have the ability to run, but I give the advantage to Jalen. Tua's passing motion seems semi-side arm. I think both will have plenty to work on in the Spring.

Kenny Stabler can from the side quite a lot. It was a little funky but I thought he had a pretty ball. In the name of everything decent, I hope the Alabama coaches leave Tua's throwing motion alone.

BamaInsider.com - Nick Saban puts together a high caliber coaching staff for 2018

It will be interesting to see how Nick assigns these new coaches for spring drills. If Enos is the QB guy and Gattis is the receiver guy then who does Big Mike coach. Is it possible that Burton Burns takes Bobby Williams easy chair off the field and Big Mike is given the RB's?
I'd doubt it and hope not. Maybe with the extra onfield coach, the OC will be free to manage the whole and not a position group?
