šŸ“” Staff additions/changes: Reports: Craig Kuligowski hired as defensive line coach

Second half of the championship game is what his offense would look like. He couldn’t help that he was limited by the season long starter...

That is why he underperformed. A good OC schemes to maximize the talent he has. Play to your strengths.

He focused on his system and when the pieces didn't fit, he never adapted.

Shula would be an interesting hire. I think his style, professionalism, and focus would mesh well with CNS.

I wouldn't mind seeing Shula as an OC, but that will never happen. History aside, I don't see him meshing with Saban. I remember him having more of a "family" environment - more laid back. Saban's work philosophy would be too rigid and time consuming.

No he wasnt able to use massive talent.....
Never able to adjust to Defense....
Did a poor job with JH...
Play calling sucked
JH is an athlete that’s been playing the QB position...there’s only so much you can do with that...Doesn’t matter who the OC/coach is. Looked to me like that massive talent was utilized well in the second half and ot of the Natty last week.
But, what do I know...

I would love the Shula hire. He's had time to grow and season himself. Biggest question is how much would it hurt his pride? Personally I would love for Shula to be back in the Bama family.
