Y'all would be so proud of me. I've actually been acting "normal" during this huge week thus far.;) Yikes, the closer is gets the more I'm afraid I'll be right back at square one though.

This article doesn't help...

We've been better though lately (except for that miscue vs. Miss. State). My thing on Sat. is we absolutely can NOT hand out points to Florida. Zero! Kick coverage, along with 100 other areas, has to be there. Period. :a:

That 13 is a net return number. It's stupid low, no doubt. But there have been some returns that were brought back by penalty.

Speaking of special teams, the penalty flags thrown on our special teams, and everyone's, have been NUTS this year. Waaayy excessive. Fact is, holding is going on everywhere on every down, but LOS holds are sometimes buried in the shuffle, while Special teams holds and block in the backs are usually one-on-one and thus easier to pick out.

I don't expect Arenas or James to have much of an effect on ko returns. Both teams will have keyed in on that. It's all defense this Saturday baby.

In regards to punt returns, most of that has been Javy (with the exceptions of a few down the field blocks). We still can not seem to block the gunners. In the Iron bowl, we had two guys on each gunner, and most times we didn't even lay a finger on them. Can you imagine what Javy could do with just a tiny bit of initial blocking?
