2017 (at Alabama State): Started season-opener at quarterback... Played in seven games, splitting time as the starter... Finished 72-for-129 for 575 yards passing... Finished with three touchdowns and five interceptions... Recorded a 93.18 efficiency rating... Recorded a season-long pass of 48 yards... Averaged 82.14 yards passing per game... Finished 20-for-38 for 173 yards a touchdown against Tuskegee, earning SWAC Newcomer of the Week honors... Also threw for 159 yards, going 20-for-37 with a touchdown and three interceptions against Kennesaw State... Rushed for 136 yards on 45 carries... Finished with a season-best rush of 16 yards...
