Took in a show at a local venue in Atlanta, Terminal West, Friday night of a couple of Red Dirt Okie bands. Cody Canada (formerly of Cross Canadian Ragweed) and the Departed opened for Jason Boland and the Stragglers. Although they played together twenty years ago, their music has diverged with Canada really rocking out while Boland has cleaved to the the steel guitar and fiddle, with some Texas swing songs.


Dime Bag by the Departed, vocals didn't pick up well, but this is from Friday's show.
