🏈 Some post game observations after LSU

1. The catch by Waddle down the right side keeping 2 feet in bounds was awesome for a freshman.
2. Juedy has great hands, but he is some kind of elusive after the catch and when he changes direction it's hard to keep up with him.
3. The Harris running back rotation is stout. They ran like grown men against a good D.
4. Our front 4 played lights out and I hope Quinnen stays one more year, but that seems less likely as the season progresses.
5. Tua = Heisman, mail in the ballots today.
6. Savion had a pick six in the first quarter that would have really hurt the Tigers.

In the last 12 years Bama has played 120 games and lost 12. Wow.

I'm sure Devin White will play in the NFL, but he didn't look great against us even though he was the freshest player on the field.
Joe Burrow had a couple of really good throws and he never quit trying to make plays. I was surprised.
It's interesting that Ed O and Pruitt both said they had to recruit better players to compete with us, but they didn't mention player development.
CNS develops players better than anyone in the game.

1. You right it was!
2. I bet you anything, when he was little he had big boy running after him! Just like Forrest had!
3. Let not forget Jacob he had a few.
4. Light out! I do too!
5. I wish I had a vote, I would too!

That is one lost per year!
Great write up here!

I know getting Savion and Patrick on NSD was a BFD along with Waddle. Brian Robinson ran very well behind the 1st OL when he took #22's spot after that injury. Trying to keep 4 really good RB's happy has to be a chore but Nick does pretty well with his plan.

For the first time probably ever in the Saban era, I'd be a little concerned about the RB stable next season if/when Jacobs goes in the draft. I like Harris and think highly of Robinson, but losing D Harris and Jacobs would change things.

How many of those 12 were fluke wins? :-)

two come to mind right away...

ole miss in 2015: that catch after the ball was thrown up for grabs, then batted around by 1 of our guys and 1 of theirs, before coming down in another om player's hands. no skill, just luck. it didn't decide the game at that time, but ole miss certainly had the luck that day.
auburn in 2013: auburn was the luckiest team EVER that year. TWO wins on last second plays that were pure luck, not skill.

The Ford kid that we signed last year will be a good one. I think we add Trey Sanders to the fold in this upcoming class. He is the real deal!!

???? Did you mean 10 seasons? We have 12 losses over the last 10 seasons including 2018. During that time we have 122 wins for a total of 134 games. Over the last 12 seasons (including 2018), the record is 141-20.

Q. Williams will be Top 15 or better pick. Better hope for 99 to be the surprise return. Replacing our DL will be similar to secondary this year. Only problem is difficult for freshmen to be SEC ready straight outta HS.
