There's no BAMA football, tomorrow. What am I supposed to do? I'm off from work.....there's no BAMA football.....I don't know what to do. I guess I could do some yard work. But that just seems like the wrong thing to do on a Saturday in the fall.

Watch the parade of Cadets and Midshipmen as they March into the stadium. I get a lump in my throat and an occasional tear in my eye when I think that every one of these men and women are willing to die for me and the people of this great country. Very humbling.

Funny you say that.... I recorded the SEC Championship and have saved it to rewatch tomorrow...breaking down the film is always fun

I will be watching the game and pulling for Navy. On a side note my son was just promoted to Petty Officer 2nd Class. (E-5 Sgt in Army and Marines) I was his first call after he found out.

*** find a National Forest or State Park and hit the hiking trails
***volunteer helping kids at Christmas ... lots of needs
***find a casino... have fun
***grab a book. Maybe a classic... have fire in fireplace and zoom off to another time and place
..........
And zoom in at 8est for Heisman ceremony

Enjoy time in life. It goes fast...
And be glad you are an American....and not stationed in some foreign land away from family......and.... have a silent moment for those who are...and have been...its a lonely time!
