Fran took chances to try an upset teams when he was an underdog on the road. We just haven't done that the last six years. Watching this ultra-conservative garbage every week is really getting old to me. Sure, sometimes Fran gets blown out, but at least he wins a few he isn't supposed to, like yesterday against Texas.

Fran is a much worse coach than Saban. Not even close IMO. Saban does not have the speed on defense he needs to run his system. You guys also have a mediocre college QB. McElroy will lead you to a bunch of wins in the future. Your best offensive player was on the bench injured for the whole game (Grant). I would not give up on Saban just yet. Besides, there is always the chance that A&M will hire away Tubberville

I have not even began to question anything Saban has done this season. In my book he has a bye next year as well. Fran was a good temporary fix, Shula was a joke, we have another year of clean and mop before the floors start to shine, can the fanbase be strong? Doubtful. But I'm just gonna kick back and think of the goodtimes and hope they return!

This is just my opinion, but I don't think McElroy will make it through the off-season. I could be completely wrong. Not a knock on the kid, just don't think he's the type of QB that Major wants in this offense.

Nobody is giving up on Saban. We all know he's our best chance to recover from this hell we're living in. It's just that at times it seems that the ncaa gave us the death penalty without actually giving it to us. Watching wingnut being interviewed after the game had me screaming at the tv (again). What does he have to show for all his wins? He was fortunate enough to come along at the worst time in Alabama football history. THIS is the worst I have ever felt as an Alabama fan. Can it get any worse? If it goes to 7 I may have to move out of the country. What the heck, Hillary will probably be President anyway!
