I know it has been talked about extensively on here and elsewhere about the hype surrounding Ole Miss and Jevan Sneed but my god I have never seen a single win from a previous year carry a team so far.

They beat TT for the same reason they beat UF. They got overlooked.

Kind of like when Temple beat Va. Tech a few years back.

I don't even consider TT as anything special regardless of their national ranking through the year, sure they beat Texas at the tail end of their crazy 4 game stretch but the same thing happened with TT as happened to OK. Once there is actually a defense on the field its a little bit harder to score and when your defense sucks as well others can score on you at will.

I agree. They won't be sneaking up on anybody this year. I actually think Ole Miss is going to end up with three losses. I think they will lose to us and LSU. I also have a feeling they will lose to either Arkansas or Auburn as well. AND call me crazy, but the trip to South Carolina is just the very kind of game that Spurrier occasionally pulls out of his butt since being at USC - you never know. Don't be surprised if Ole Miss comes back from that one with their first loss.
