💬 should fornette be suspended for shoving the Florida assistant in pre-game walk through?

I do agree he is likely frustrated at the lack of trophies during his tenure in red stick. They really should hve won more games with him to lean on.
The biggest issue I see is that LSU road him like a rented mule and the wear and tear is showing. Had he chosen Bama, he would not have been so "beat up" over the last 3 years... but then again, he would have had to share time/spotlight with Henry and Richardson, so maybe that wasn't what he wanted either.

And no way does Henry get the Heisman and over 2000 yards rushing into Alabama folklore.

It seems to me that the players are running the program as lswho. EO, if aware of the incident, should have kept LF on the bench. I don't know what the Assist Coach may or may not have been saying, but the player should NEVER shove a coach (his own nor the opponent's). If Coach Mac (at Florida) finds out that the assistant was taunting, then he should discipline the coach. This whole mentality that some of these star players have is sickening to me. As coach Bryant used to preach, win with class, carry yourself with class.

Nailed it.

I can understand him wanting to play for the hometown team. Hopefully he'll rest up and have a productive nfl career

Florida was accused of being scared of LSU and cowards for canceling the game. Their team was taunted on twitter by tiger players and of course Guice was telling everyone who would listen how they were all afraid of the 2-headed running back position. In the end, the Gators handled it just the way they should have. They went into their house, where dreams come to die, and beat them and their beloved interim coach at their own game. I would think that will sting a lot longer than anything the SEC office could ever do to LF7 about a push.
