šŸˆ Seriou Question: Will Bama make any coaching changes in 22?

If that happens who you want to replace him?

Honestly haven't thought about it. I'm not even sure O'Brien would leave right now (or in this case, how much interest there is with Duke). I think Lebby and Kendall Briles have a bright future as OC's, but Lebby will likely get a HC job sooner than later. I would imagine that if Saban does have to hire a new OC this cycle, it would be someone that's not even on my radar. One thing for sure is, there would be no lack of interest from potential candidates if the job came open.

With so much smoke around O'Brien name coming up for HC positions, makes me think that Saban is not real happy with the offense he has seen. IIRC BoB has a 2 year contract. I think Saban likes to get 2 years out of his guys before they move on. Just seems to be a lot of chatter for someone that hasn't necessarily lit it up as an OC this year.

He did sign a 2 year contract... not sure what the buyout is if he leaves for another job, but it would likely be sofa change if someone grabbed him as a HC. O'Brien had some good games this year as coordinator IMO, but also left a little to be desired at times. But, a lot of that had to do with him being handcuffed by an offensive line that can't be counted on. That brings us to Marrone...

I just can't see Marone enjoying his college experience. Whether or not he's tied at the hip with BOB is beyond me, but this has been a rough year for that OL.

I see him back in the NFL this spring. Regardless, he's not going to coach with his pal forever. If O'Brien takes a HC job, Marrone likely joins him. But he's an NFL guy at heart, and honestly, after this year, that's where he belongs and knows it.

Honestly......BOB leaving is awful if happens...
Dont know why anyone would think he has done poorly
With @BamaFan334 on this
Sure disagree with a few calls....but did that with Sark...Kiffin

But he n Young are tied to the hip....
Average 40+ agame...with rebuilt Offense
Lost to AnM because of poor D and a few dropped passes..
And beatAU....took awhile..but did...
We all know Oline hasn’t performed....lost top 3RBs...andstill average 40+

Saban will figure this all out....

Ok @50+yeartidefan been aligned with you until this assuming you are talking about OL. How about 7 sacks, 68 yards of offense in first half and only scoring one TD the entire barn game?
Ok....its a longer game though....
Got things fixed .... adjustments...
And...
Look much just went wrong...
...williams targeting
...penalties...like grabbing face mask...inadvertently
...etc
And at AU.....where we always struggle...

I was specifically saying I would be okay with BOB leaving if it meant he takes the O-Line coach with him.
Still dont see it....but...okay

So you want the Oline coach gone...and the OC...?

We will see how Nick feels about such in awhile

Now i am not much on the DC....but its NSs team...see where he goes there...
If anywhere...but that’s over a 3 year eval....not a few games....

I'm indifferent about BOB. I don't think he's great by any means - nor do I think he cares much for recruiting - but he's also handicapped with the worst offensive line of the Saban era. The o-line coach is the only one I am actively saying should be fired, honestly. I've given up on the Golding thing. Saban has shown he isn't willing to make that change.

Who do you see staying or going? Does Coach Saban make any changes to the coaching roster, or keep it as is?

Also, if we lose today, do you think we'll be invited to a bowl game?

I have lots of questions about this season. But those are the ones I'll ask, here. I honestly don't know how the game will go. I hope we win, obviously. But with the way UGA is playing, they look like world-beaters. Basically, BAMA from 2011-2012. Will Kirby Smart be the 2nd former assistant to beat his former boss?
