Purely speculation here.

BAMA-Saban

He aint going anywhere. He's out recruiting more players to BAMA while Tubberville is out "hunting". Doesn't make sense that he'd up and leave.

AU-Tubberville

He's just playing games. Something is going on with him in Arkansas but I think in the end he stays with AU. Wouldn't be surprised either way, but I think he's got a better situation overall at the Barn.

Ole Miss-Nutt

Done deal.

Arkansas-Butch Davis

Tricky one here. I still think Tubberville is toying with AU's emotions and I love it if it makes them sweat. Doubt he'll actually go though. Kiffin might be out but there is talk of Butch Davis. Davis is at a bball school and has experienced problems with some of the administration there regarding his raise/extension. Might cause him to want out.

LSU-Spurrier

How much truth to the rumors of Spurrier being interested in the LSU job? Not sure, but I could see it happening. He'd be in a far better situation there than at USC. The key is Miles. Will Michigan select Miles over someone else? Don't know, but I wonder how much pressure Michigan is under right now to make the Miles hire. From the media standpoint (and given UM's history) Miles is the on-paper fit. he's a Michigan man who worships Schembeckler, which is what UM has always gone with in the past (much like BAMA). Will Michigan admin cave and go with the on-paper hire or go with someone else in the end?

A lot of Michigan fans are shaking in their boots right now at the thought of his hiring. I suspect this is because Michigan fans know that the admin there is just crazy enough to do it. I think in the end they hire Miles. Good luck there Michigan. :roll:

Just turned his entire situation around with this year's performance.
