Love this from Booker. Remember when Nick Saban was at the CFB Championship last year? Pollack went on a rant recently also about how Georgia is the gold standard.

Interesting in the end that what we thought would be one of the strengths of the team really did become that. The OL really turned the corner and just keeps getting better and better. Give all of those guys credit for continuing to work. The Freshman LT has come a looooooong way. Give that kid some credit.
The DL also played much better in this game than last week. Crazy how that can happen because they were porous last weekend then this weekend they controlled the line of scrimmage. LB play was also much better.
Never would have thought we would have controlled the line of scrimmage on both sides but Bama did.

Yep. He said UGA lost the game - Bama didn’t win it.
I don’t have a lot of respect for someone who can’t admit when they are wrong.
Running about 50/50 among those witha voice...
But if you went with 4 best.....and throw out the other factors...

Booker is a bad ass. Highly intelligent to play like he does and then to speak to these particulars on a guy like Pollack that is nowhere to be found these days.

Well… I would kinda “agree” with him. Bama didn’t play as good as the could have. We made mistakes… but overcame. This game swung on about 3 or 4 plays that went our way. uGA definitely had the chance to win, so one could say they “lost” the game, but UA definitely “won” the game by making the plays they needed to.
There are reasons why we won and reasons why they lost. That's every game ever played.
Alabama got the ball back on their own 25 & NEVER gave it back to UGA . When that happens, you have WON the game, it wasn’t given to you.
* We dropped 3 picks, so I’d argue that WE kept Georgia in the game!
UGA had 5 penalties and Bama had 3. Use Pollacks words Kirby was out coached…. He implied UGA had not struggled with issues but Bama had and coaching was the reason. It goes both ways..
With that said Pollack in this case is an excuse maker. Excuse makers never accept their part of the problem so it does not get fixed.
