šŸˆ Sam Bradford Press Conference @ 5:30 Today

I think he might stay. Unless he gets hurt, his draft stock won't drop. He can compete for a NC again, possibly.

On the other side, he's already won a Heisman. He might not wanna compete with the Big 12 South again next year.

Just depends on how much he like the college life I reckon.

I think its dumb if he stays... He's is going to be #1 overall, and make millions next year.

If he stays and gets hurt then what...

How do you come to that conclusion?

1st round, I can see.

Lions get first pick, and all of the mock draft picks Ive seen show him going first to them and Andre going second to KC

FWIW, I just looked at 5 and 1 of the 5 had SB. The rest say Staffor...which would seem to be a better choice based on experience alone.

Heck, drafts are so unpredictable as they are...could easily go through the 1st round without a QB being selected.

Yeah I agree you cant plan a draft. Look at a couple of years ago when the QB from ND didnt go till like the 20th pick and they said he would be top 5.

Either way if he goes 1st ROUND he is still gonna make millions and should go IMO.

It appears that Mark Sanchez is set to bolt now. As for the first QB taken, Stafford, barring some sort of crazy mental or physical breakdown between now and April, will be the first QB taken, no doubt.

I agree. But I don't think he is going to be a great pro QB. He has a great arm but his decision-making is sub-par. Look at Brodie in the pros...
We don't know what kind of QB Brodie is in the NFL...he can't stay healthy long enough.

I don't blame Bradford for coming back. If the Lions even thought about drafting me as their QB, I'd come back to school too.

Bradford returns with tough times in store

All stats presented are from 2008 season.

Statistics among five players leaving Oklahoma (Assuming Gresham declares):

212 receptions
3,320 receiving yards
36 receiving touchdowns

Statistics of players still at OU:

138 receptions
1,571 receiving yards
17 receiving touchdowns

Differentials:
74 receptions
1,749 receiving yards
19 receiving touchdowns

It looks like this season's Heisman trophy winner will have some tough battles ahead. He's losing Iglesias, Johnson, Chaney, Smith and possibly Gresham. (Stats are based on Gresham leaving)

Based on these statistics, Oklahoma figures to lose a couple games.

However, Oklahoma still plays in the pass-friendly Big XII.

Advantage OU? Or will Bradford struggle?

Interesting statistics, but I don't see that as where the story lies with Oklahoma.

C - Cooper - Sr.
LT - Loadholt - Sr.
RT - Braxton - Sr.
RG - Walker - Sr.
LG - Robinson - Sr.

See a trend there?

He hardly if ever looks off his receiver to throw to another. His LINE this year was HUGE and as Terry said all seniors. Maybe if he stays till his senior year they might get another shot at it.

Another shot at what?

Losing in the NC game.
Losing to FL in the NC game.
Losing in a BCS bowl game.
Take your pick. The hubbie says OU should never be allowed in another title game again.
