Still things I don't get (and I'm not a poli-sci guy so help me out.)

I don't see the impact this will make on the whole picture. I see what may be a spark ignited under Congress but doubt the impact here. Again, not a poli-sci guy.

@UAgrad93 I caught a few saying this locks down Tank. IF the NIL collective at Oregon doesn't fit through the clearance center? Okay. I can see that. I doubt it...just like I doubt this would eliminate A&M.

In the end I see this from two perspectives. Yes, I think it qualifies as a "virtue signal." (I hate the colloquialism.) I also see it as a small, first step. The question is who steps up behind him. Thume?
